Attractively sweet, full, and well-balanced with notes of cherry and plum preserves. Made by the same process as Amarone, with less fermentation time, resulting in more sweetness.
Refermentation happens "on the yeasts" as opposed to on the sugars, resulting in 0g residual sugars in this well-balanced Prosecco. Fresh fruit and sweet cream notes reminiscent of Asian pear and citrus blossoms are present.
