Champagne Elemart Robion VB03

VB03 means Vin Biologique 03, it is the third trial made by Elemart Robion to produce a pure organic biological champagne in a land where the climate is sometimes requiring a lot of interventions in vineyard to preserve the stability of the production.

This French Champagne has elegant body, fluid consistency and beautiful freshness. The delicate acidity, measured and sapid, is accompanied by a discreet dosage. The harmonious finish, finely mineral, offers a tart, then refreshing, note.

Vinification is done slowly and naturally, in a non-interventionist approach. There is no filtration or fining.

Varietals: 70% Meunier -- 20% Chardonnay – 10% Pinot Noir

ABV: 12.5%
